I have had quite a few pcustomers arrange with Uber and other courier services to pick up their order and deliver the bouquets to the recipients. The bouquets have always arrived perfectly intact. I give whoever picks up the bouquets very specific instructions on how to transport the bouquets so they don’t get damaged, that said I can’t be responsible if anything happens to the bouquets once they’ve left my hands.
